New Millennium Building Systems

Continental, Ohio

This four phase project consisted of over 100,000 sq. ft of new manufacturing and warehouse space.  An additional 75,000 sq. ft of new standing seam roofing and 70,000 sq. ft of metal siding was installed on the existing building.

Charles Construction was selected as General Contractor for a new 175 x 100 pre-engineered office building and warehouse. Total square feet - 17,500.

Bowling Green, Ohio

Charles Construction Services, Inc. served as the General Contractor for construction of the original 156,638 sq. ft. facility. Our firm has since constructed five additions totaling 415,724 sq. ft. 

W.C. Wood Company, Inc.
Ottawa, Ohio

Charles Construction Services constructed the original 129,000 sq.ft. manufacturing/warehousing complex, and subsequently constructed seven expansions totaling 400,000 sq.ft. The most recent expansion featured a 72,000 sq. ft. pre-engineered steel building by VP Buildings with a standing seam roof, panel rib walls, and a complete interior wall liner.
Rowmark, Inc.
Findlay, Ohio

VP Hall of Fame 35,000 sq. ft. metal building with two additions totaling 23,600 sq. ft. Completed office renovations in 2005. 

Silgan Plastics (fka RXI Plastics)
Ottawa, Ohio

267,000 sq.ft. pre-engineered steel office, manufacturing and warehousing facility. This project received building awards from Associated Builders & Contractors, Metal Construction News, and was selected for the VP Hall of Fame.

 
Dofasco 
Marion, Ohio
The photo on the right displays the inside view of Dofasco. Plastic covering floor slab aids curing of the new concrete, which helps keep the floor clean. The top photo shows the exterior view of the building.

21,000 sq. ft. storage building  featuring four overhead doors with a dock pit, a mezzanine and office area.

130,000 sq.ft. pre-engineered structure, which includes manufacturing and office facilities.

143,000 sq.ft. manufacturing facility, with a 69,000 sq. ft. addition.
