Birchaven Retirement Village Findlay, Ohio The Birchaven Retirement Village is located on the east side of Findlay and situated on 30 scenic acres with fishing ponds, walking paths, a gazebo and beautiful outdoor living spaces.  The facility includes an independent living apartment complex, two nursing care wings, an administrative building and a “Main Street“ with shops, diner, chapel, exercise facilities, and adult/child daycare areas, all attached via covered walkways.
Charles Construction Services has been selected as the Construction Manager on Phase II of the Birchaven Retirement Village.  This is a new 27,408 sq. ft. building that will consist of a 26 Bed Therapy and Aquatic Addition.

Blanchard Valley Regional Cancer Center Findlay, Ohio
	Unique aspects of the cancer center include its 6 foot thick concrete walls, cultured stone, and French gothic architecture. Charles Construction Services was awarded an "Excellence in Construction" award from the Northwest Ohio Associated Builders and Contractors for this project.
